Mayakkam Enna Movie Review

 Mayakkam enna is a typical selvaraghavan movie, with all the inexplicable emotions playing the lead role in the movie.

Dhanush (Karthick) is an aspiring photographer who strives very hard to make his mark in professional wildlife photography. Dhanush belongs to group of five very close friends which consists of 3 boys and 2 girls.

One of his friends, Shankar, starts dating his colleague – Ritcha( Yamini). At the first sight Ritcha and Dhanush meet at tiff. Then as time goes by an inexplicable love develops between Dhanush and Ritcha.

In the second half, one photographic giant from National Geographic,  deceives dhanush, by publishing dhanush’s photos under his copyright. Frustrated dhanush, comes home, and to add more fuel to the fire, his friends shankar, comes to know about the love between his girl friend ritcha and his best friend- dhanush the very same day.

Then after some interesting sequence, Dhanush and Ritcha gets married. After Marriage, Dhanush comes to know that his photograph won the best photograph of the year award. But as all the credit went to the big photographer, Dhanush becomes crest-fallen. And in that depression, Dhanush will meet with an accident.

After the accident, Dhanush becomes Mentally retarted and becomes very arrogant. He tortures Ritcha and everyone in his sourrounding. How ritcha reacts? Will Dhanush gets cured? Will he finally achieve his dreams? That’s the end of the movie.

Ritcha and Dhanush has given out extraordinary acting. Hats off to them. G.V prakash’s back ground score go well with the situations, and songs make us tap our feet. As Dhanush is a photographer in the movie, a lot of importance is given to the cinematography! And it is appreciatable. Totally ‘Mayakkam enna’ is a mystic movie about a guy who strives very hand  in life to achieve his passion. And the film has all the   selvaraghavan’s  ingredients. If you are a Selva fan, You will love the movie. If you are not! You will feel that you are lost in the wild!
